Evelyn passed away peacefully in hospital on Tuesday 28th October 2014, aged 76 years, painfully missed by her children Angela, Keith and Sharon, eldest grandaughter Emma and all the other grandchildren. You may have left our eyes but you will never leave out hearts. The family would like to thank the Staff from The Freeman Hospital, Ward 17 and The Chaplains for the wonderful care and compassion Evelyn received in her final hours.
