Thanks goes in particular Lula and Stuart Astin, Eina and John, Doreen Rabinowitz, David and Aviva Salem, the Carers and District Nurses, The McMillan Nurses, the Home Care Star Team, Social Services, the Carers who came four times a day, David from 63, John from 65, Helen from 20 and the Family from number 5 and all her other Friends who are too numerous to mention.
