I had the pleasure of meeting Terry & Margeret in Tenerife while on holiday, my hubby and I became very good friends Terry would play Bowles with my hubby Richy and after we often would have drinks and food on my balcony in the sun, most of best time also would be in the evening with us at karaoke bars listing to Terry serenading us all I would sometime stand along side him and take the Michael but we loved him really, so I could go one all day talking about this gorgeous man and his beautiful wife, all I can say know is go be with your Margeret and serenade your new audience, we will miss you millions luv you Tell RIP.

Worked with Terry at Rists back in the day that’s where we first met and became friends. His late wife Margaret also became our friends and have known them since the late 80,s, he was a real character and joker but we lost contact when I moved to hq in Newcastle Under Lyme. Went back to see him and Margaret in their cottage in Blackburn a few times and always kept in contact by phone. I was fortunate to speak to Margaret before she was struck with covid and I am pleased that I will remember that conversation forever, miss her giggle in that voice. Terry was a good friend and I knew he was in the nursing home after speaking to Adele, it’s a sad loss so soon after losing Margaret as well, rest in peace my old friend, we’ll catch up later next time we meet.
