Dad, you are the man who showed me how to be strong and independent. Thank you for always believing in me. Your gratitude and wisdom have helped to shape me into the person I am today, I love you Mickey.
Dad, God saw you getting tired a cure was not to be, he put his arms around you and whispered “come to me”. A golden heart stopped beating, hard working hands at rest, God broke our hearts to prove he only takes the best.

I will love and miss you forever dad (my Mickey); now reunited with me mum, Eve and all our loved ones. See you in my dreams dad goodnight God bless, your heartbroken daughter Frances xxx

Grandad, you was not only my best friend but the kindest, smartest and strongest man i know. you raised an amazing family and fought for so long I’m forever going to be in awe of you.

I’m so thankful you’re finally at peace and with nan and Eve they needed you more than us right now. I’ll forever love you and think about you; I’m always going to be proud to call myself your granddaughter. Goodnight grandad love you lots like jelly tots.

Mick, you and I lived facing each other in our beloved Upper Hope Place and surrounding areas. In 1962 the lads from the area formed a football team and six of you became committee members and so it began. Mick you had a special talent ,you designed the badge of St Phillips FC,also all the dances and social occasions you designed all the posters and invitations.
Rest in peace with Maureen and all your loved ones.Thank you for all the committed years at St Phillips FC.
God bless Mick from Joe O'Hara, family and St Phillips FC.
