Mrs PatriciaHALCROWPat died peacefully with her family - daughter Sue and grandson Sean at her bedside at home. She had struggled with mobility and health issues for many years eventually succumbing to worsening medical problems over the last three weeks of her life. She is now at peace and no longer suffering pain physically and recently mentally with Alzheimer's disease. She leaves behind her close family, daughter Sue, grandson Sean and his wife Katherine and great grandson Jackson. Also, leaving her sister Cath and brother Paul, and numerous family and friends all with fond memories of happy times. R.I.P Funeral service to take place on Tuesday 26th November at 11:30am at Kirkleatham Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu to G.O.S.H where her great grandson Jackson has been receiving treatment for a rare condition. The family would like to thank all staff involved in her recent care to enable us to care for her at home. The Hospital at Home Team, District Nursing Staff Team, Rapid Response Care Team and Meadowvale Care Team. Their help and support was invaluable over this upsetting time.
