Claire ElizabethHALFPENNYLee, Pat, John, Andrew, Adam and Libby, the family of the late Claire R.I.P. would sincerely like to thank all relatives, friends, neighbours and work colleagues who have supported them during this very difficult time. We would particularly like to thank all the nurses at The Christie Hospital who cared for Claire during her final days. Many thanks also to the Doctors and nursing staff at the Renal Unit at Manchester Royal Infirmary for their devoted care and attention over the last 16 years.
