Jason PeterHALLIt is with sadness that his family announce that Jay, aged 49 years and from Sandbach, passed away unexpectedly. The much loved husband of Sarah, dad to Liam, beloved son of Ella and Pete, and brother to Ann, Jay will be sadly missed by his family and many friends. His funeral service will take place at Worleston Village Hall CW5 6DN on Monday 5th June at 11.30am followed by burial at Swanlow Park Cemetery.
