Peacefully in the Freeman Hospital on Friday 28th August 2026 aged 93 years. Beloved husband of the late Caroline. Devoted dad of Michelle and Suzanne. Loved father in law of Eddy and Michael. Treasured grandad of Thomas and Eve. Also a dear brother of Peter, Terry and the late Jean, Moira, Lawrence, Joe, Jimmy, Bobby and Michael.
Would all please meet for funeral service at West Road Crematorium on Wednesday 23rd September at 11.45am.
Family flowers only please but donations gratefully received on behalf of Marie Curie a collection box will be available following the service. All welcome afterwards to The Benwell Cricket Club.
