Sadly passed away at Willowburn Hospice on August 26th, aged 81 years. Michael, devoted husband of Alice, loving Dad of Geraldine and Michael, adored Grandad of Oliver and Grace. Dearly missed Brother, Uncle and Father-in-Law, highly respected teacher and a dear friend to many.
Friends please meet for Requiem Mass at St Cuthbert's R/C Church, Chester-le-Street on Wednesday 23rd September at 10:30am, prior to private cremation at Durham Crematorium.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu are kindly accepted for Willowburn Hospice. All welcome afterwards for refreshments at The Duke of Wellington, Durham.
