Like a watch tower you stood proud and tall,
Always there in the background supporting us all.
For the man alone became a pillar of strength
A guiding hand in the changed life hence.
For your part as a grandad we can but say you were that shining light that led the way.
A walk to school a shine of the shoes a shadow at the door when you were needed most days.
But most of all you were loved by all that you met. From allotment to church, from family and friends we will all miss the kindness displayed till the end.

We will miss the twinkle in your eyes and the grin on your face, the handshake, the love and the warmth of your grace.

Godbless you Bill, so very glad you were there in our lives and very sad that our time with you has changed. Xx
