Sending my love to all the Hammans family for your enormous loss. Thank you for all the memories as a child Uncle Mark. You were a true gentle giant and I hope you are at peace! Alex xx

To all the Hammans family... I'm so sorry for your loss of Mark. As a child, Uncle Mark scared me quite a bit. With his height, his large presence and his terrifying police dog, it was a lot for little me. But as I grew older and got to know Mark more, it was very obvious that he wasn't actually scary, but a big softy with a big heart, thinking of others and helping those in need in Gambia. Although taken far too young, his legacy will continue on in his children and grandchildren and all of the memories so many will have of him. I've been thinking of you all, Regan x
