CarolHAMMONDCarol of Stockton-on-Tees passed away at home with her loving family by her side following a short, but brave, battle with cancer on 8th March 2023 aged 63. Dearly loved Mother to Tony and Heather and Mother-in-law to Gemma. Loving Nana to Coran, Haydee and Daisy. A dear sister to Stephen, John, Pamela, Linda and the late Judith and a treasured friend to many. You will always and forever be in our hearts and deeply missed. The funeral service will take place for family and friends on Thursday 30th March at 1:30pm in the Bluebell Chapel at Stockton Crematorium followed by her wake at Roseworth Social Club. No flowers please. Donations, if desired, to Macmillan Cancer Support.A donation box will be available at the service or can be made online via: www.macmillan.org.uk Co op Funeralcare.
