Kathleen MaryHANCOCKdied peacefully in McAuley Mount Care Home on August 20 aged 94. She was the dearly loved wife of the late Arthur Leslie Hancock, former owner of Wellfield and Henley House Care Homes in Accrington from 1966 to 2001. Mother of Nesta, Gillian and Leslie and a treasured grandma of nine and great-grandma of 12. Kathleen’s health deteriorated recently. She will be sadly missed by the whole family. and A funeral will take place on Wednesday, September 18, at 11.40am at Accrington Crematorium Chapel, Burnley Road, Accrington, conducted by celebrant John Haworth. Family flowers only, donations to The Salvation Army or North West Air Ambulance Charity. Funeral directors: Peter Regan, Hyndburn Funeral Services, Queens Road, Accrington. The celebrant will be John Haworth.
