John JosephHARDINGJohn Joseph (Sean) Harding's family would like to express their sincere thanks for the many cards, mass cards and messages of condolences received during this sad time, they have been a great comfort to his widow Rayleen, as well as his children and grandchildren. A special thanks to the Doctors, District nurses and palliative care staff at Scorton Medical practice for their care of Sean, especially in the last few months of his life, but also over the many years that he was a patient there. St Theresa's hospice staff for their amazing care of Sean, from the moment he entered their doors he was able to be at peace and made comfortable, for that the family will be forever grateful. Special thanks to Father Dan O'Neill for his personal involvement in the Funeral Mass, alongside Cannon Michael and the eulogy that Dan stepped in to deliver to celebrate Sean's life. To Cannon Michael parish priest at St Joseph and St Francis Xavier Church, Richmond, for his friendship, his spiritual guidance and prayers for Sean and Rayleen in these last few months, his weekly visits were a great comfort. To all our family who travelled from Ireland to support us during this sad time and to all of Sean and Rayleen's friends both locally and especially those that travelled from all over the Northeast to attend the funeral service. Sean would have been very humbled at the number of people who came to help celebrate his life. A special thank you for the donations for St Theresa's Hospice, Darlington, that were so generously given by those who attended the funeral service on the 4/5/22, raising an amount of £425.00, several donations have also been made privately direct to the hospice. A sincere thanks to Rebecca Blenkiron and her team for their kindness and professionalism shown at this difficult time.
