Dear Dad

Your chair will be empty with no one to see,
But the memories we share are within me,
Im here to say my last goodbye,
But not before I tell you why

I will always remember you big brave and strong,
And working so hard all day long
You battled you fought all the way through
without you I don’t no what I’m going to do

You’d be out in the garden ,Doing your pond
We had such a great father and daughter bond
You have been my rock more than you will ever know.
How I’m gonna miss you so

I’d help mum set the table for when you came home
I couldn’t wait to hear your tone
O dear dad I feel so alone
How I wish you were at home

You’d shoot some pool down the pub
I would wait up to cook your grub
The Christmas’s we shared the camping and trips too
These wonderful times will last because of you

I’m gonna promise not to be too sad
I want you to know you were such a good dad
I have so much I’m gonna miss about you
Even when you were grumpy too

You were always so loving gentle and kind
All the advice it was you I would find
I have so many memories of you dear dad,
But I want to let you know you're the best dad a daughter could of ever had

We was there together from beginning to end
I don’t know how my broken heart will mend
I held your hand so close to mine
I just wish we had so much more time

I am really gonna try not to be too sad
And remember you were the very best dad
So Goodnight sleep tight
And know that everything in the end will be alright 💙💙💙

Dad i never thought id see the day that you would be on here, this is heartbreaking to see, im so sorry you are not with us anymore in life, but you will be in spirit RIP Dad until we meet again love from Karen.. no more pain xxxx
