PhilipHARGREAVESOctober 17, 2021 Passed away peacefully in hospital after a short illness, aged 96. HMS Conway old boy, member of the Merchant Navy during WWII, and long-standing teacher at Litherland School, St Albans, Egremont Primary and Westbourne School, dearly loved Father of Philippa, Katharine and Elizabeth, and now reunited with his beloved wife June and siblings Thornton, Stephen and Lois Hargreaves. Proud grandfather to Thomas, Amy, Emily, Joshua and Freya, he will be sadly missed. Funeral service to be held at St Andrews Church, New Brighton, CH45 2LY, Monday 1st November at 2pm. No flowers please - donations to the Alzheimer's Society. May he Rest In Peace.
