CarolHARKEROn 31st December 2022, at Dove House Hospice after a very short illness, aged 80 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Tom, much loved mum of Mandy, Julia and Sarah, in-laws Eric, Jonny and Andy, a dear sister of Susan and a loving nana and meme of Mathilde, Martha, Franck, Jack, Hattie, Loris and Olivia. Cremation private followed by a service of remembrance, at St Nicholas Church, Hornsea, 11.45am on Wednesday 25th January. Donations if desired at the service will be shared between Hornsea Museum and Dove House Hospice. Enquiries to C. M. Allott & Son Ltd., Hornsea. Tel 01964 534689

So very sorry to hear about Carol & it's been a while before I've found out. She was such a lovely person when I volunteered at the Museum several years ago while looking for paid Museum work. Love to all her family & the Museum

I was so shocked to hear of Carol’s passing. She was such a lovely lady and a dear friend, known since childhood. I will miss her and send my love to her family. Erica xxx

Carol was such a lovely, kind lady who will be missed by many.
She was Hornsea Museums Hornsea Pottery lady who knew so much and was very happy to share all her knowledge.
