A wonderful father to Mark & Sheila, Timothy & Gilly, Christopher & Sonja, Paul & Rachael. May he rest in the Peace of Christ! Service to take place at St. Oswalds Church, Church Street, Durham on August 22nd at 2.30pm prior to private interment at Bows Cemetery. Fond memories of Joseph as Vicar of Wragby and Kinsley. He invited me to preach in both churches in spite of being a then non conformist!
He was an academic too and eventually got his doctorate- well done Joseph!
A lovely man who called quite frequently on my late mum Mary especially if there was cake to be had!
Rest now in peace from your labours Joseph.
