Professor MartinHARRISONPassed away peacefully on Monday 13th March 2023 at home in Keele, Martin, aged 92 years. Devoted husband to Wendy, dearly loved father of Andrew, David and Catherine, and a treasured grandfather. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday 5th April 2023 at St John's Church, Keele, at 2pm followed by interment in the Churchyard. Family flowers only please. Ive known Martin for 40 years off and on. Used to talk to him when he was walking across the campus. Two Meters in the morning and 70 cms in the afternoon. Only met him once when he visited my house to setup a Raynet talkin station. Have many fond memories of being stuck on the M6 or the D-Road before the roundabout was built. Haven't spoke that much in latter years as I guess after he retired he did less and less for the University. Sleep well old friend we will all miss you.
