Devoted husband to Pat, loving dad to Joy, Jayne and Mark,
a dear grandpa, great-grandpa, father-in-law and friend to many.
Dave will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
A funeral service will take place
at Trent Valley Crematorium
on Friday 7th August at 3pm.
Black attire not necessary, bright clothing welcome!
