MartinHASSELLPassed away at home, Coedgain Manor, Nantycaws, Carmarthen on Tuesday 13th October aged 87 years after a long illness which was courageously borne. Martin was the beloved husband of Cherry, dearly loved father of George, Lou and Jen, and a cherished grandfather, great-grandfather and father-in-law. Martin was a remarkable and highly talented design engineer who made significant global contributions to the advancement of contact lenses and water purification. On his retirement he particularly enjoyed being an active member of the Towy Boat Club. Martin will be greatly missed by us all. Peace at last. Private funeral service at St Peters Church, Carmarthen.
