Joan EnidHASTINGSLatterly of Frisby-on-the-Wreake, died aged 97, on 22 January 2019. Joan lived her childhood in Queniborough, brought up her family (Lyn, Paul, Mark and Anna) with husband Os in Syston, finally moving to Frisby-on-the-Wreake. Joan was well-beloved as mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, friend and gardener. Known in Syston and Melton as 'the Chutney Lady', she strongly supported LOROS from its inception, raising funds by baking mincepies and making preserves. Together, we will celebrate Joan's life on Saturday 9 February, starting at 11.30am. Wear florals, bright colours, a buttonhole or bring a flower. Family flowers only.
