She will be deeply missed by husband Derek, daughter Joanne, grandson Samuel, mother Pam and brother Ian.
The funeral service will take place at St. Anne's Church Chasetown at 11.00 am on Friday 6th July followed by interment at Burntwood Town Council Cemetery.
