CynthiaHAWKINS-DADYPassed away peacefully at New Cross Hospital on the 27th September 2021. Will be very greatly missed by all family and friends. Funeral Service to be held at 11.30 am on Friday 29th October in the East Chapel at Bushbury Crematorium, Wolverhampton. Only family flowers are requested otherwise donations to the British Heart Foundation are welcome.
The wearing of face masks has been requested.
