JackHAWORTHFollowing Jack's death at the age of 91, his sons Duncan and Ian would like to thank family, friends, neighbours and carers for their cards of condolence, expressions of sympathy, valued support and donations to Crawshaw Hall Nursing Home in memory of Jack. We would like to give thanks particularly to all the staff at Crawshaw Hall who have given Jack wonderful care over the past four years. Our gratitude and thanks also go to everyone involved with the funeral arrangements.
