RobertHAWORTHof Hall Carr Road, Rawtenstall, died peacefully in Royal Blackburn Hospital at the age of 77. He is the much loved husband, dad and grandad of Gwen, his wife of 51 years, his two daughters Rachel, her partner Simon and also Jessica and husband Craig. He leaves grandchildren Seamus, Zak, Mason, Roberta, Ben and Cody. Bob spent most of his working life in the footwear industry for both Lambert Howarths and Tomlinson Footwear, but retired in 2010 from Lancashire County Council. Bob was an outdoors man who enjoyed fishing, archery, bird watching and walking. His funeral will take place on Friday, August 25 leaving Hamer’s of Rawtenstall at 2.45pm for 3.15pm at Burnley Crematoriam. All are welcome. Donations in lieu of flowers to the RSPB.
