Elizabeth AnneHAYNESPassed away peacefully at the Royal Derby Hospital on 2nd May 2018. She will be greatly missed by her husband, family and friends.
A private cremation service will be held on Monday 21st May followed by a Service of Thanksgiving at St Joseph's Church, Burton Rd at 10.15 where everyone is welcome to come and celebrate her life.
