I was a friend of John. We went right through school together and left on the same day, his birthday 13 April 1960. We both grew up in Knowsley. He was always a genuine person, a gentle one. So sad to hear of his passing. Joe.swindells.45@gmail.com

I was so sorry to hear about the sad passing of John. Although I didn't know him well I did speak to him during a zoom chat and I found him to be a lovely man. We actually chatted about my dad who also passed away with MND. My thoughts are with John's family at this time.
