HAZEL SLOCOMBEOf Beech Road, Tiverton Passed away at Ashdown Nursing Home on Wednesday July 11th, 2012, aged 64. Dearly loved mother of Heidi, Grant, Lloyd, Conrad and Garfield and their partners. Dearly loved grandma of Daniel and Matthew and loving sister to Joan. The funeral service to take place at 12.30pm on Friday 27th July at Kingdom Hall, Beech Road, Tiverton, followed by committal in St. Peter's Chapel, Exeter & Devon Crematorium at 2.00pm. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.
