I saw Jenni most days when she came to OHMS as she would pop into the room next to my class. She was just a normal girl who put her health struggles to one side and enjoyed being part of the Oldfields’ family. I’m sure she had hard days and problems like any other young adult, but I only saw Jenni trying to make the most of the opportunities that came her way. I hope her time with us provided some sense of normalcy and respite to balance out the harder times. We were lucky to have her as a student at our school and she is still fondly remembered. As a teacher you don’t forget children like Jenni, not because of their struggles but because of the quiet dignity they go about their day to day life. Bless you Jenni
