Jacqueline PatriciaHEARNSadly on Sunday 19th November 2023, Jackie, much loved partner of the late John, beloved mam of Chris and daughter in law Emma, precious nanna of Elli, Erin and Jonah, loved sister of Mike and Caroline, loving auntie of Brooke, cherished daughter of Jean and the late Michael. Jackie will be sadly missed by all her family and many friends.
Funeral Thursday 7th December, when a service will be held at Swansea Crematorium, 3pm.
