Alan Edward GeorgeHEARSEYPassed away at St Peter's Hospice on 30th November 2018 aged 77 years. Our family would like to say our heartfelt thanks and gratitude to the care and support given to Alan throughout his treatment. Thank you to Sarah Smith, Doctor Cumming and Professor Maskell for the care you gave Alan whilst going through the hideous treatment. Palliative care consultants, doctors and palliative nurses for your care while Alan was in Southmead Hospital. Cheryl Jones, community nurse for St Peter's Hospice and St Peter's Hospice for making Alan's last week of his life with dignity and love. The support and kindness you gave to our family we will never forget. Also to the medical staff at Orchard Medical Centre for all their care. Love from the Hearsey family.
