TerryHEATH(Tez) Suddenly on the 19th August at The RSUH Terry aged 55 years of Burslem. Much loved husband of Carol, devoted dad of Nicola and Leanne, dearest father-in-law of Debi, doting granddad of Darci, Louie and Emmie. Terry will be very sadly missed by all his loving family and many friends. Service and cremation at Carmountside Crematorium on Wednesday September 8th at 2pm. Would relatives please accept this intimation and friends wishing to attend kindly meet at the crematorium. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Ward 103 at the RSUH.
