GladysHEDLEY(formerly Hobson, née Horsman) (Blakelaw) Died peacefully on 23rd November 2023, aged 89 years.

Loved wife of the late Joseph Hedley and John Robert Hobson. Dearly loved mam to Rob and the late Linda and Denise and mother-in-law to Margy. A dear big nana, great-grandma and great-great-grandma to all her family. Loved sister to Mary and the late Colin and Ken.

Gladys will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.

Please meet for funeral service at the West Road Crematorium, Newcastle on Friday 15th December at 11am.

Family flowers only please, donations to Cancer Research UK may be made at the funeral service.

All welcome to Rob and Margy's house after the service.

Im so sorry for your loss, respect to you all at this time of sadness. I remember Gladys from many, many moons ago when I used to go out with Linda. Those happy days are long gone but memories never leave. Sleep soundly Gladys, until you tell me off once more. 🙏😉😁xxx
