JohnHEELIS PATEMR John Heelis Pate, of Oswaldtwistle, died on Friday, January 1, aged 84. John was a self employed painter and decorator. He was a keen country music fan, and had a great sense of humour. Loving father to Chris and daughter-in-law Jane, he was cherished grandad to Hannah and Eleanor, brother to Gwen, Vivien and the late David, brother-in-law to Maura and Graham, and a loving uncle. The funeral was due to be held on Thursday, January 21, at 1pm at Pleasington Crematorium, led by Philip Norris.
