HazelHENSHAWPeacefully on September 29th 2024 at Abbey Court Care Home, Leek, Hazel aged 93 years of Leek (Retired Reader at St Lukes Church, Leek), the beloved wife of the late Philip Henshaw.

Hazel will be fondly remembered by all who knew and loved her.

Funeral Friday October 25th, Service at St Lukes Church, Leek at 2pm, prior to private cremation. Will relatives and friends wishing to attend kindly meet at the church.

No flowers please by her own request, donations if desired to St Lukes Church, Leek.

Remembering Hazel as my very special neighbour when I was a little girl. Both she and Philip were so kind to me. Happy memories of going into their garden each day to collect a new laid egg from their chickens. When she came to see me married it meant the world. Rest in peace Hazel.
