PamHEPWORTHIan and Family wish to thank all Relatives, Friends and Neighbours for kind expressions of sympathy, letters and cards of condolence received in their sad loss of a much loved Wife, Mum, Mother-in-law and Grandma. The presence of so many at Pam's Funeral Service was a great support to us all and much appreciated, as are the donations given for the Alzheimers Society. Grateful thanks to Dr M. Pacynko and all at Meltham Village Surgery for their care over many years, the paramedic and ambulance crew and the Doctors and staff at HRI Casualty and Ward 8, also to Rev Charlene Smith for her visit, kind words and comforting Service, to Gwen at Radcliffe Funeral Service for all her kindness, help and support with the Funeral arrangements and to all the staff at Durker Roods Hotel for their help and lovely buffet.
