Rachel DeniseHERBERTSuddenly on 19th December, Rachel sadly passed away at the University Hospital of Wales. Beloved wife of Mike, a much love mother to Kirsty and Holly, a cherished Grandmother to Logan, Thea and Ella. Much loved daughter of Melita Chant and sister to Mark and Sara. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday 7th January at 3pm at Cardiff and Glamorgan Crematorium, Barry. Flowers are welcome in the form of white lilies only please.
