George William WraithHERDIt is with great sadness the family announce that George aged 92 years passed away unexpectedly at his home in Cleethorpes. A loving Husband of the late Jean, a wonderful Dad of George, Paul, Sharon, David and Nathan, a cherished Father-in-law of Sue, Joy, Colin, Su and Ailsa, an adored Grandfather of George and Kay, Jamie and Chris, Scott and Rachael, Adam and Becky and Lilie and Corey, a treasured Great-Grandad of George, Jack, Isla Jean, Miki, Chloe, Flynn, Louie, Freddie, Elsie, Ellie, Olivia, Lila-Rose and Lorelai-May, a much loved Brother of Chris, Shelagh and the late Nat, beloved cousin of many, a dear close Friend and Companion of Delilah, a beloved Uncle and a very good friend to many. George will be sadly missed by all who knew him. A celebration of George's life will take place at the Fisherman's Chapel, The Grimsby Central Hall, Duncombe Street, Grimsby on Tuesday 15th November 2022 at 1pm followed by a committal at Scartho Road Cemetery By the family's request family flowers only, but if so desired, donations can be sent in lieu to the RNLI in George's memory or given on the day of the service.
