My Dear Lovely Gorgeous Maureen,

Christmas time has arrived again,

Just seven days before New Year and the sound of Big Ben.

I look with tears to a beautiful winter night sky full of stars,

A twinkling star, I see you wave, and a loving kiss in the gentle breeze will be delivered to you afar.

Our favourite carol,Silent Night our Border Collie Ella and I shall sing,

All our lovely times,such a happy life together,beautiful memories,the words of the carol shall bring.

I could not have wished for a more beautiful person to be with me in my life,

You the most loving,so special and wonderful,My Mo,my wife.

I write a beautiful prayer for you and give it to the angel on top of the Christmas Tree,

She will deliver it to you in Heaven, Our love for you always in our hearts from Border Collie Ella and me.

At Christmas,as in every day and every night, oh, we so miss you, my love,

But we get warmth and comfort.You are here with us in our hearts from Heaven above.

In Heaven, Merry Christmas My Mo,our wishes in Silent Night as we sing,

May God Bless You with Jesus love and all special love the angels shall bring.

Although you are no longer here

My Lovely Gorgeous Maureen.,
I feel you, I sense you, I feel your loving and warm embrace.

I thank the Lord for our chance meeting leading to our wonderful life together every time I say grace.

I lit a candle and played our favourite hymn Abide With Me.

Ella our Border Collie sang it in tune sitting alongside me.

You came to me in my dreams, my nurse,my angel.

You touch my heart and say and reassure me all will be well.

For your love and compassion never leaves my side.

My thoughts and my dreams with you I've always been able to confide.

Our deep love for each other will always be safe in each of our hearts.

Every moment of every day and night our love is so strong we're never actually apart.

One year since we lost you Nan.
I thought of you today, but that is nothing new. I thought about you yesterday and the days before that too. I think of you in silence and I often speak your name. All we have now is memories and your picture in a frame. Your memory is a keepsake from which will never part. God has you in his arms and we have you in our hearts 💕
