Service to be held at Carrs Lane Church, Birmingham on Monday 24th November at 2.30pm, followed by Cremation at Perry Barr Crematorium at 4pm. No flowers, donations welcome to Guide Dogs for the Blind c/o A. Hazel & Sons, Tel 0121 373 0011.
