DerekHIGGSPeacefully on Wednesday 26th December after a long illness at his home in Cowbridge aged 88 years. Beloved husband of Pamela, father to Chris, Phil and Mike, father-in-law to Andrea, Cheryl and Sue. Grandfather to Andrew, Robert, Nick, Bethan and Megan. Derek will be sadly missed by all. Resting at the Private Funeral Home of W. James & Sons, Fonmon. Funeral Thursday 10th January 2019, service and cremation 2.00pm at Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium, Barry. The family request no flowers or black ties to be worn, donations if desired to the Air Ambulance c/o the funeral director.
