Affectionately known as Bill, he was the former Harbourmaster of The Port of Milford Haven. Adored husband of Sarah, devoted father of Rebecca, cherished stepfather of Zoë and Nia, dear son of Alexina and David and loving brother of Elaine and Karen. The funeral service will take place on Monday 4th November at 1.45pm at Parc Gwyn Crematorium, Narberth.
