NormanHIRSTSadly Norman Hirst, a well known business man from Huddersfield, passed away peacefully after a short illness at his home on Thursday 16th September 2021. Norman aged 90, the loving father to Graham and Jean. Devoted partner to Sheila, treasured grandad to Valentine, Jasmine, Austyn, Tamara and Nell. Great grandad to Lois, Margo and Theo and a dear friend to Pat. He will be greatly missed by all his close family and friends along with his close work colleagues at HB Bearings. Norman's contribution over 70 years to British Engineering will be greatly missed. The funeral service will take place at Huddersfield Crematorium on Monday 18th of October at 12.15pm. Family flowers only please, donations in memory of Norman to Kirkwood Hospice and Marie Curie for which a collection plate will be available at the service.
