It is with great sorrow that we announce that Bill passed away suddenly at his home on 5th June 2026. His daughter, Rachael and his son, Owen were both with him.
Along with his son and daughter, he leaves behind his ex-wife Fred who he supported and cared for. Bill was an amazing Dad, Brother to Jenny, Uncle to Ian, Great Uncle to Leah and Papa Bill to his grandchildren Taylor, Grace and Ella-Mae. He was a loyal, supportive, and committed colleague and friend. He spent his life looking out for and providing for others above himself and will be missed and remembered fondly by us all.
Bill's ceremony will take place on Wednesday, 1st July 2026 at 11.00am at Gloucester Crematorium, Coney Hill Road, Gloucester GL4 4PA followed by a celebration of his life.
Dress code: Please wear whatever feels right for you. Bill would only be concerned you felt comfortable.
Family flowers only please, donations can be made to RNLI, a worthy charity close to Bill's heart.
