BryanHOBSON5.10.42 - 3.10.20 Peacefully in the care of Lindsey Lodge Hospice on Saturday the 3rd of October 2020, a dearly loved husband to Ann, brother of Brenda, father of Edward, Kate and Craig, "Gramps" to Amy, Molly and Oliver and friend to many. A private service will take place at St Andrew's Church, Burton-upon-Stather on a date to be confirmed prior to interment at Burton-upon-Stather Cemetery. So sorry to hear this. He was a lovely man and my maths teacher many years ago. The absolute best. One of those teachers who inspired and encouraged, who is remembered with fondness and will never be forgotten.

Sadly, the years, and circumstances, had driven us apart, but Bryan ranks as one of the best friends I ever had. A real gentleman.
