Stephen (John)HODDYPassed away suddenly in Gloucester on Wednesday 3rd August 2011 aged 83 years. Beloved husband of Joan, father to Steve, Phil and Andrew, adored grandad to James, Richard, Stephen, Christopher, Kieran, Lidia, Ruby and Julia. A loved and respected man to all that knew him through his life, he will be greatly missed. The funeral will take place at Holy Trinity Church, Longlevens, Gloucester on Monday 15th August 2011 at 11am followed by a cremation service at Gloucester Crematorium, Coney Hill, Gloucester at 12 noon. Donations in lieu of flowers for the British Heart Foundation and the Fire Fighters Charity may be sent to Co-operative Funeralcare, 60a St Johns Avenue, Churchdown, Gloucester GL3 2BX. 01452 713085. The family would like to extend an invitation to all that knew John to come and celebrate his amazing life and would ask that no black is worn at the funeral.
