DorothyHODGKINSONMrs Dorthy Hodgkinson, of Fern Hill House, Bacup, passed away on Saturday, May 23 at Royal Blackburn Hospital, aged 89. Dorothy worked as a nursing sister at Rossendale General Hospital before she retired. She enjoyed pottery, music and ballet and was a member of Action on Hearing Loss (formerly RNID). Wife of Ronald, she was mother to Haworth and Edward. A private service will take place on Friday, June 5 at 3.15pm at Burnley Crematorium. Donations if desired to Action on Hearing Loss.
