CarolynHODGSONCarolyn from Middlesbrough passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Tuesday 21st November at Teesside Hospice aged 72 years.

Devoted wife to Malcolm, dearly loved mother to Debbie, Steven and Kelly. Also, a treasured grandmother to Isobelle, Archie, Thomas and Abby.

Funeral service to take place at Teesside Crematorium, St Bedes Chapel on Tuesday 12th December at 11:00am. Donations, if so desired, will be gratefully received for Teesside Hospice.
