Funeral service at Kirkleatham Crematorium on Friday June 19th at 2.00pm prior to cremation.
Will friends please meet at the crematorium.
Family flowers only please. A collection box will be available for donations in lieu of flowers, if so desired, for The Alzheimers Society.
